My prenatal cooking and care is designed to support you through each trimester with nourishing food and gentle wellness support that helps you feel grounded, energized, and cared for.
I prepare customized, nutrient-dense meals that adapt to the physiological shifts of pregnancy, supporting digestion, blood sugar balance, mineral replenishment, and steady energy. Food is paired with holistic health coaching to support rest, movement, nervous system regulation, and overall well-being as pregnancy progresses.
In-home visits offer nourishment and support in your own space. Together, we’ll check in on how you’re feeling physically and emotionally, discuss trimester-specific nutrition needs, and create meals and routines that support your whole system. Visits may include meal planning, cooking, wellness support, and prenatal massage.
For those who prefer nourishment without in-home visits, I offer prepared meals, snacks, and beverages delivered ready-to-eat. All food is personalized to your preferences, dietary needs, symptoms, and cravings, and designed to store well.
All care is flexible and evolves with you, and we can adjust week to week as your body, appetite, and energy change.
