My goal as your doula is to ensure you have everything you need to experience these four essential elements throughout your pregnancy, during labor and birth, and in the postpartum phase.

Prenatal visits are a chance for us to get to know one another on a deep and connected level. Together, we’ll explore your ideal birth preferences and prepare both physically and emotionally for the day your baby arrives.

On the day of your birth, my priority is that you feel completely safe and surrounded by people you trust. We’ll work together to build this inner circle. Whether you are in a hospital, birthing center, or at home, I will be your advocate, protector and cheerleader.

Postpartum visits give us time to process and reflect on your birth experience and to navigate your ongoing transition into life with your baby. This time is equally about your recovery, physically and mentally, and it is my job to support you through this healing process. Please see below for more information about my Postpartum Care Cooking services .

I love when my health coaching and doula work naturally intersect. I offer additional support in nutrition and overall well-being tailored specifically for pregnancy and postpartum. This may include meal planning and prep, movement and exercise support, and mindfulness practices.

I am passionate about supporting all birthing people, regardless of family structure, partnership style, or gender identity.

Every doula-client relationship is unique, and there are so many ways I can support you. Please don’t hesitate to reach out so we can determine how I can best support you.

Beyond my birth doula DONA International certification, I am honored to have trained under mentors with decades of experience in the birth work industry. I am a member of a doula collective which works in collaborative care with midwives, lactation consultants, pelvic floor therapists, newborn specialists, postpartum doulas, acupuncturists, bodyworkers, hypnotherapists and beyond. Together, we operate like a village, and can provide you with full spectrum care.

Postpartum Cooking & Care

healing, grounding & made with intention

The fourth trimester is a time for healing and bonding with your baby. Whether it’s a home visit or a home cooked meal delivered to you, postpartum care allows you to be mothered as you mother. While my care centers on nourishment through food, postpartum health includes all that keeps you in-tune with yourself, your babies, your partner and your circle of caregivers. I am here to process your birth, to run you a bath, to offer you a warm drink, to tend to your visitors so you can have time alone. My goal is that you feel grounded, safe and supported to ask for exactly what you need.

I offer nutrient-rich meals from my menu of postpartum breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, desserts and beverages, featuring organic, local and seasonal ingredients whenever possible, and using Ayurvedic principles for optimal recovery, replenishment and comfort.

My menu includes soups, stews, broths, porridge, granola, muffins, energy bars, spreads, warm beverages with homemade plant milks and herbal teas.

All of my cooking focuses on nourishing your body after birth to stimulate milk supply, support digestion, balance hormones, boost metabolism, replenish essential nutrients and fluids, and cultivate pleasure and harmony in your body & mind.

We will talk in-depth about your unique values around health, your dietary needs and wellness goals so I can best support you through this transformative season.

All my offerings are flexible, meaning we can adapt week to week based on your ever-evolving needs.

As always, I operate on a sliding scale. We will find a a rate that feels mutually supportive and sustainable.
