health coach and doula

I started my career as an actor, where my training gave me an embodied understanding of the body and mind as powerful, versatile tools. My artistic pursuits pulled me into other creative industries, but at a certain point, I realized that my work had been draining my natural desire to give. When I discovered birth work, I felt, maybe for the first time, that I was giving to myself while also giving to others.

The miracle and mystery of pregnancy and birth will never cease to awe me, and I carry a deep, innate passion for this work. My love for postpartum care and cooking stems from a desire to support women as they reconnect to the strength and wisdom of their bodies, in all stages and in all forms. I’m inspired by the power it takes to grow and birth a baby, and I believe the postpartum period deserves just as much reverence. Through nourishing meals and hands-on support, I help new mothers restore and replenish after the profound feat of birth.

As I navigated my own health journey in my twenties, I learned how unexpected changes could lead me to a healthier, stronger, more intuitive version of myself. I uncovered my passion for whole-body and mind health, and my success with a functional medicine approach led me to pursue a certification in integrative nutrition.

I specialize in supporting women as they navigate the intricate orchestra of their hormones. My mission is to help clients tune into their body’s innate wisdom and to contribute to closing the gap in female reproductive health education.

I live in Santa Monica, California, and work with clients both in person in the Los Angeles area and virtually across the country.
