health coach and doula

I started my career as an actor, where my training provided me with an embodied understanding of the body and the mind as powerful and versatile tools.

My artistic pursuits led me into other creative industries, including film production and public relations. But at a certain point, I realized that my work had been draining my natural desire to give. When I discovered birth work and health coaching, I felt, perhaps for the first time, that I was giving to myself while also giving to others. The miracle and mystery of pregnancy and birth will never cease to awe me, and I have a deep, innate passion for working in this space.

My love for postpartum care and cooking stems from my passion for supporting women in reconnecting to the strength and wisdom of their bodies. I’m inspired by the power it takes to grow and birth a baby, and believe the postpartum period deserves just as much reverence. Through nourishing meals and thoughtful support, I help new mothers restore and replenish after the profound feat of birth.

As I navigated my own health journey in my twenties, I began to see how certain unexpected changes led me to become a healthier, stronger, more intuitive version of myself. I uncovered my passion for whole body & mind  health and my success with a functional medicine approach lead me to a certification in integrative nutrition.

I specialize in supporting women as they navigate the complex orchestra of their hormones. My mission is to help clients tune into their body’s innate wisdom and to contribute to closing the gap in female reproductive health education.

I live in Santa Monica, California and work with clients both in-person in the Los Angeles area and virtually, across the country.
